Իրանն ու Չինաստանը պատժամիջոցները շրջանցելու համար բարտերային սխեմա են կիրառում, գրել է Reuters-ը։

Այս սխեման թույլ է տալիս Չինաստանին իրանական նավթ գնել միջնորդ ընկերությունների շղթայի միջոցով, մինչդեռ Իրանը ստացված միջոցներն օգտագործում է Չինաստանից դեղամիջոցներ, ավտոմեքենաներ և հեռահաղորդակցության սարքավորումներ ձեռք բերելու համար, հայտնել է Reuters-ը՝ վկայակոչելով իրանական երկու բարձրաստիճան աղբյուրի և իրավիճակին ծանոթ ևս երեք անձի։

Նրանց խոսքով՝ առնվազն մեկ դեպքում Թեհրանը ձեռք է բերել նաև հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգեր։

Այս կերպ Չինաստանը զեղչով է ձեռք բերում իրանական նավթը, իսկ նրա ընկերություններն ու բանկերը հեռու են մնում Իրանից և դրա հետ կապված պատժամիջոցային ռիսկերից։ Այս մեխանիզմը գործում է առնվազն 2021 թվականից։ Գործակալության աղբյուրների տվյալներով՝ միայն վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում համակարգի միջոցով իրականացվել են 2–2,5 միլիարդ դոլար ընդհանուր արժողությամբ գործարքներ։

Reuters-ին չի հաջողվել անկախ կարգով հաստատել կոնկրետ գործարքները կամ աղբյուրների կողմից նշված որոշ ֆինանսական կառույցների գոյությունը։
