Ուկրաինայի իշխանությունները պետք է նախապես մտածեն Կիևից խաղաղ բնակիչների հնարավոր տարհանման մասին։ Այս մասին The Guardian-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու արտահաստիքային խորհրդական, կապի և անօդաչու համակարգերի մասնագետ Սերգեյ Բեսկրեստնովը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Ուկրաինան Patriot համակարգերի հրթիռների խիստ կարիք ունի։ Բեսկրեստնովը կասկած է հայտնել, որ Կիևին կհաջողվի ստանալ այնքան հրթիռ, որքան անհրաժեշտ կլինի ձմռանը հնարավոր էներգետիկ ճգնաժամը կանխելու համար։

Այս պայմաններում, նրա կարծիքով, Կիևի իշխանությունները պետք է նախապես դիտարկեն խաղաղ բնակիչների տարհանման հնարավորությունը։

Միաժամանակ Բեսկրեստնովն ընդգծել է, որ սա պաշտոնական հայտարարություն չէ։

Ավելի վաղ նա նաև հայտարարել էր, որ Ուկրաինայի հակաբալիստիկ պաշտպանության սեփական մշակումները դեռ պատրաստ չեն, իսկ ուկրաինական ուժերը ռեակտիվ ԱԹՍ-ների դեմ արդյունավետ որսիչներ չունեն։
