Այս արդյունավետ հյութը պատրաստելու համար պետք է բաղադրիչները լավ խառնել և խմել:

Բաղադրություն

  • 1 թ/գ մեղր
  • 200 մլ թարմ քամած գրեյպֆրուտի հյութ
  • 2 թ/գ խնձորի քացախ

Ինչպես արդեն ասացինք՝ բոլոր բաղադրիչները լավ խառնեք՝ մինչև համասեռ զանգված ստանաք: Օրական երկու անգամ՝ ուտելուց 30 րոպե առաջ, խմեք այս հյութից 100 մլ չափով: Մեկ շաբաթ շարունակ կատարեք այս պրոցեդուրան, ապա 7 օր դադար տվեք:
