«Ընթացիկ կալանավորումների, քաղաքական հետապնդումների և իշխանության բերած արհեստական օրակարգերի անդին, 2023 թվականին Արցախից բռնագաղթած մարդկանց ծանր ու խորացող սոցիալական վիճակն է:

Այսօր մեծ թիվ են կազմում այն արցախցիները, որոնք գլխներին տանիք ունենալու, նվազագույն կենցաղային պայմանների և ապրուստի խիստ կարիք ունեն, իսկ իշխանության գովազդած տարաբնույթ ծրագրերը սահմանափակ ծածկույթ են ապահովել:

Մարդիկ կորցրել են հայրենիք, տուն, ընտանիքի անդամներ, հարազատներ, ընկերներ:

Ճակատագրի մեծ հարված ստանալով՝ անցել են պատերազմների, զրկանքների և գաղթի ճանապարհով ու այսօր էլ շարունակում են մնալ անպաշտպան՝ յուրաքանչյուրն իր անսպառ հոգսով ու չավարտվող խնդիրներով»,- գրել է Աբրահամյանը։
