Հայաստանին ՀԱՊԿ հեռացնելու մասին որոշումը երկրների գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարների իրավասությունն է, բայց պետք կլինի հաշվի առնել բոլոր հանգամանքները։ Այդ մասին ՏԱՍՍ-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Տաալատբեկ Մասադիկովը։

«ՀԱՊԿ-ի որոշումը՝ հեռացնել Հայաստանին, թե ոչ, ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի որոշումն է, որտեղ խորհրդի անդամներն են մեր անդամ երկրների գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարները։ Այդ որոշումն իրենցն է։ Բայց ես կարծում եմ, որ որոշումներ կայացնելիս միշտ պետք է հաշվի առնել բոլոր հանգամանքներն ու պահերը», - նշել է նա։

Ինչպես նշել է Մասադիկովը, եթե Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը՝ տվյալ դեպքում վարչապետ Փաշինյանը, հայտարարել է այդ մասին, ուրեմն, հավանաբար, կան տարբեր օրակարգեր։

«Քաղաքական գործիչները հենց դրա համար էլ քաղաքական գործիչներ են, որպեսզի բարձրացնեն այս հարցը, բարձրացնեն քննարկման աստիճանը, հետո՝ իջեցնեն», - արձանագրել է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը։
