«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Հրապարակ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ վերջերս սկանդալային դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արագածոտնի մարզի դատարանում։ Դեպքն առանչվում է դատարանի կին դատավորներից մեկին, որը քննել է մի քաղաքացու` Գուրգեն Մովսիսյանի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործը։ Վերջինիս մեղադրանք է առաջադրված 2022 թվականին Տիգրան Սարգսյանի եւ այլ անձանց նկատմամբ հրազեն կիրառելու, ինչպես նաեւ բնակարան ապօրինի մուտք գործելու, կրակելու եւ այլ արարքների համար։

Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ գործի քննության ընթացքում դատավորին խոշոր չափի կաշառք է առաջարկվել՝ Գուրգեն Մովսիսյանի նկատմամբ արդարացման դատավճիռ կայացնելու համար։ Կաշառքը, ըստ տեղեկությունների, առաջարկել է մեղադրյալի հայրը՝ Հարություն Մովսիսյանը։ Դատավորը գումարը չի վերցրել եւ այդ մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել իրավապահներին։ Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի շրջանակում Հարություն Մովսիսյանին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել դատավորին կաշառք առաջարկելու համար: Նա կալանավորվել է։
