Իրանագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանը գրում է․ «Ոչ մի պարագայում չի կարող նորմալ համարվել այն, որ Բաքվի բարբարոսական վարչախմբի ինչ-որ «մասնագետ» կոչեցյալներ Հայաստանի տարածքի ներսում որոշեն, թե որտեղ պետք է էլեկտրահաղորդակցության ինչ-որ սյուներ կանգնեցվեն, այն դեպքում, երբ նույն այդ վարչախումբը գերության և պատանդառության մեջ է պահում մի շարք մեր հայրենակիցների՝ նրանց նկատմամբ «դատավարություն» կոչվող կրկեսը փաստացիորեն վերածելով մեր ազգի և պետության դեմ քարոզչական խեղկատակության։

Սա ուղիղ տրամաբանական հակասության մեջ է, ոչ միայն վերջերս այդքան մաշեցված «ինքնիշխանություն» եզրույթի հետ, այլ նաև մեր՝ որպես ազգի և պետության, նույնիսկ տարրական արժանապատվության հանդեպ անարգանք է»։
