Կանադայում անտառային հրդեհները ոչնչացրել են ավելի քան 200 տուն

Անտառային հրդեհները ոչնչացրել են մոտ 230 տներ Կանադայի արևմուտքում, հաղորդում է Associated Press-ը՝ հղում անելով տեղական պաշտոնյաներին։

«Արագ տարածվող անտառային հրդեհը ոչնչացրել է մոտ 230 տուն Կանադայի արևմտյան մասում գտնվող բնիկ համայնքում», – նշել է գործակալությունը։

Զանգվածային հրդեհները սկսվել են Կանադայում մայիսին՝ անսովոր շոգ եղանակի և չոր եղանակի ֆոնին։ Հրդեհները տարածվել են ավելի քան 3 միլիոն հեկտար տարածքում, իսկ հրդեհներից առաջացող ծուխը վատթարացրել է օդի որակը Կանադայում և հարևան Միացյալ Նահանգներում։

Հուլիսի 21-ին ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը մեղադրել է Կանադային անտառների հիմնական կառավարման և աղբի հեռացման անտեսման մեջ։
