Դատական դեպարտամենտից հաստատեցին մեր տեղեկությունները՝ նշելով՝ ազատազրկման կատարման պայմանները փոխվել են և Ջալալ Հարությունյանն այսուհետ պատիժը կշարունակի կրել ցածր անվտանգային գոտու մեղմ պայմաններում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2025 թվականին Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Ջալալ Հարությունյանը դատապարտվել էր հինգ ու կես տարվա ազատազրկման: Դատարանն ավելի վաղ Հարությունյանին մեղավոր էր ճանաչել պատերազմի ժամանակ զինվորական ծառայության նկատմամբ անփույթ վերաբերմունքի համար:
