Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը Կատարի էմիրի հետ քննարկել է տարածաշրջանային զարգացումները

Հանրապետության նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը հուլիսի 14-ին Դոհայում առանձնազրույց է ունեցել Կատարի Պետության էմիր շեյխ Թամիմ բին Համադ Ալ Թանիի հետ։ Այս մասին հայտնում են նախագահի աշխատակազմից:

Հանրապետության նախագահն իր խորին ցավակցությունն է հայտնել Ալ Թանի ընտանիքին և Կատարի ժողովրդին՝ Կատարի Հայր էմիր շեյխ Համադ բին Խալիֆա Ալ Թանիի մահվան կապակցությամբ՝ մաղթելով տոկունություն և ուժ ծանր կորստի պահին։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում նախագահն արձանագրել է, որ շեյխ Համադ Ալ Թանիի հմուտ առաջնորդությամբ իրականացված մեծածավալ բարեփոխումների արդյունքում Կատարի Պետությունը սրընթաց վերելք է ապրել։ Նախագահ Խաչատուրյանը մեծապես արժևորել է հայ-կատարական հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման և խորացման գործում շեյխ Համադ բին Խալիֆա Ալ Թանիի ունեցած ավանդը։

Զրույցի ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել երկկողմ համագործակցության օրակարգի հարցերին և տարածաշրջանային զարգացումներին։
