Իրավապահները 59-ամյա տղամարդու բակում հայտնաբերել են մշակված կանեփի 107 թուփ, նաև՝ 70 գրամ մարիխուանա

Համայնքային ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնում ստացվել էր օպերատիվ տեղեկություն, որ Էջմիածնի Պռոշյան փողոցի բնակիչ 59-ամյա մի տղամարդ ապօրինի աճեցնում է կանեփ։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանությունից:

Հունիսի 26-ին ստուգման նպատակով համայնքային ոստիկաններն այցելեցին տղամարդուն և բակում, ակնհայտ տեսանելի մասում, նկատեցին մշակված կանեփի բույսեր։ Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվեց քրեական վարույթ։ 

Նույն օրը կատարված զննությամբ իրավապահները տղամարդու բակում հայտնաբերեցին մշակված կանեփի 107 թուփ։ Հետագա միջոցառումների արդյունքում հունիսի 29-ին 59-ամյա տղամարդը ներկայացրեց մարիխուանայի նմանվող զանգվածով երեք փաթեթ, որոնց ընդհանուր քաշն ավելի քան 70 գրամ էր։

Ըստ տղամարդու՝ իր աճեցրած կանեփից պատրաստած մարիխուանան անձնական օգտագործման համար էր։ Տղամարդը տեղափոխվել է ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր։ Նախաքննությամբ հանգամանքները պարզվում են։
