Եթե Ձեզ մոտ հայտնվել են թունավորման առաջին ախտանշանները` լուծ, որովայնի շրջանում ցավեր, փսխում, սրտխառնոց, մարմնի ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացում, հարկավոր է շտապ գործել: 
 
Առաջին հերթին անհրաժեշտ է պարզել, թե որն է եղել թունավորման պատճառը: Եթե թունավորի նյութի` օրգանիզմ թափանցելուց հետո անցել է 2 ժամից ավելի, ապա անհրաժեշտ է ստամոքսի լվացում անել: 
 
Դրա համար 1.5 լիտր ջրին ավելացրեք 0,1% կալիումի պերմանգանատ (այն անհրաժեշտ է անցկացնել թանզիֆով, որպեսզի չլուծված բյուրեղիկները այրվածք ստանալու պատճառ չհանդիսանան): Լուծույթը պետք է խմել անմիջապես, որից հետո կփսխեք: Կալիումի պերմանգանատը կարող եք փոխարինել խմելի սոդայի 2%-ոց լուծույթով: Լվացումը ցանկալի է անել օրը 2 անգամ:
