«Հորմուզի նեղուցում հրադադարի 60-օրյա ժամանակահատվածում անցման համար վճար չի գանձվելու, այն չի գանձվելու նաև այդ 60 օրից հետո, բացառությամբ այն դեպքերի, երբ դրանք սահմանվեն Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների կողմից և համար, եթե գործարքը չավարտվի, Մերձավոր Արևելքի երկրներին որպես «Պահապան հրեշտակ» մատուցված ծառայությունների դիմաց՝ թե՛ անցյալի, թե՛ ներկայի և թե՛ ապագայի ծախսերի փոխհատուցման նպատակով»,- գրել է Թրամփը։

Նա հստակեցրել է, որ դա հնարավոր է, եթե գործարքը չկնքվի Միացյալ Նահանգների և Իրանի միջև և ամերիկյան կողմը կարող է դիմել նման քայլի, որպեսզի փոխհատուցում ստանա Մերձավոր Արևելքի երկրներին մատուցված ծառայությունների դիմաց։

«Դրանք սահմանվեն Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների կողմից և համար, եթե գործարքը չավարտվի, Մերձավոր Արևելքի երկրներին որպես «Պահապան հրեշտակ» մատուցված ծառայությունների դիմաց՝ թե՛ անցյալի, թե՛ ներկայի և թե՛ ապագայի ծախսերի փոխհատուցման նպատակով»,- գրել է Թրամփը։
