Ռուսաստանի զինված ուժերը առաջ են գնում կենտրոնական ռազմական շրջանի բոլոր հատվածներում, թշնամին չի կարողանում զսպել այս հարձակումը և դիմում է ահաբեկչական մեթոդների, այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը։

«Ռուսական զորքերը պահպանում են ռազմավարական առավելությունը Կենտրոնական ռազմական շրջանում և վստահորեն առաջ են գնում։ Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի կողմից Ռուսաստանի դեմ ոչ մի հարված չի օգնի թշնամուն։ Դոնբասի և Նովոռոսիայի շրջանները պետք է հասնեն ազգային չափանիշներին կյանքի որակի հիմնական ցուցանիշներով մինչև 2030 թվականը։

Մենք պետք է ոչ միայն վերակառուցենք Դոնբասում և Նովոռոսիայում ավերվածը, այլև նոր հիմք դնենք զարգացման համար։ Շատ բան է արվել Դոնբասի և Նովոռոսիայի զարգացման համար, բայց դեռ շատ չլուծված խնդիրներ կան»,-գրել է նա։
