Հունիսի 11-ին՝ ժամը 19։26-ին, ՆԳՆ 112 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ Չարենցավանի մոտակայքում կայծակի հարվածից կամուրջ է փլուզվել։

Ահազանգից րոպեներ անց դեպքի վայրում էին փրկարարական և ոստիկանական ուժերը։

Վնասվել էր երեք ավտոմեքենա, կային արգելափակված քաղաքացիներ, խաթարվել էր երթևեկության բնականոն ընթացքը։

Ծառայողներն անմիջապես սահմանազատել են տարածքը, կանխել քաղաքացիների և տրանսպորտային միջոցների մուտքը վտանգավոր հատված։ Երթևեկությունը կազմակերպվել է հանդիպակաց ուղղությամբ՝ մեկ գոտիով։

Ոստիկանների և փրկարարական ծառայողների օպերատիվ արձագանքի և իրավիճակի ճշգրիտ գնահատման շնորհիվ քաղաքացիները դուրս են բերվել անվտանգ տարածք։ Մեկ անձ տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց և բուժօգնություն ստանալուց հետո դուրս գրվել։
