Մոսկվան համբերատար է և կփոխադարձի ԱՄՆ-ին, երբ Վաշինգտոնը պատրաստ լինի իսկապես վերականգնել հարաբերությունները, ասել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը Չինաստանի մեդիա խմբին (China Media Group, CMG) հետ հարցազրույցում՝ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի միջազգային տնտեսական ֆորումի շրջանակներում։

Կրեմլի խոսնակը նշել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն շարունակում է երկկողմ հարաբերությունների հեռանկարները կապել Ուկրաինայում հակամարտության կարգավորման հետ։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Վաշինգտոնը հավատարիմ է այն մոտեցմանը, որ նախ լուծվի ուկրաինական հարցը, ապա միայն զարգացվի համագործակցությունը տնտեսության, ներդրումների, մշակույթի և այլ ոլորտներում։

«Մենք կարծում ենք, որ սա սխալ մոտեցում է։ Բայց տանգո պարելու համար երկուսն են պետք։ Մինչ այժմ ամերիկացիները դա չեն ուզում», - ընդգծել է Պեսկովը։
