Հնդկաստանն ունի Ռուսաստանի հետ ռազմատեխնիկական հաջող համագործակցության երկար տարիների փորձ և չի ծրագրում դադարեցնել ռուսական սպառազինությունների ներմուծումը: Այս մասին ՏԱՍՍ-ին հայտարարել է Հնդկաստանի խորհրդարանի վերին պալատի անդամ Միթհիլեշ Կումարը, ով վերջերս այցով գտնվում էր ՌԴ-ում:

«Հնդկաստանը վաղուց է Ռուսաստանից սպառազինություն գնում, շարունակում է դրանց ներմուծումը և երբեք չի կանգնեցնի այդ գործընթացը: Վարչապետ Նարենդրա Մոդին անկախ քաղաքականություն է վարում: Հնդկաստանում ծրագրվում է տեղայնացնել ֆրանսիական Rafale կործանիչների և ռուսական Սու կործանիչների, ինչպես նաև անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի արտադրությունը», - ասել է նա:
