Բժիշկները պնդում են, որ ոչ բոլոր դիրքերն են օգտակար քնելու համար, իսկ դրանցից մի քանիսը կարող են նույնիսկ վտանգավոր լինել ձեր առողջության համար:

Այսպես, փորի վրա քնելու սովորույթը կարող է վնաս հանդիսանալ  ձեր առողջության համար:

1. Առաջին հերթին, երբ մենք պառկում ենք փորի վրա, առաջանում է ճնշում մարմնի ստորին հատվածի վրա, որտեղ տեղակայված են սեռական օրգանները, իսկ դա կարող է վատ անդրադառնալ դրանց ֆունկցիոնալ գործունեության վրա:

2. Կանանց  հակացուցված է քնել փորի վրա, քանի որ դա ուժեղ ճնշում է առաջացնում կրծքագեղձերի վրա, ինչը կարող է բերել ուռուցքի առաջացման:

3. Փորի վրա քնելու արդյունքում առաջանում են կնճիռներ դեմքի վրա:

Բժիշկները համարում են, որ քնելու լավագույն դիրքը մարդու սաղմնային վիճակի դիրքն է՝ կողքի վրա ծալված ոտքերով: Հենց այդ դիրքում քունն ապահովում է մկանների մաքսիմալ թուլացումը:
