ԱՄՆ-ի նկատմամբ իրանական պահանջներին ի պատասխան՝ Վաշինգտոնը Թեհրանին ներկայացրել է իր սեփական հինգ պայմանները, որոնք, ամերիկյան վարչակազմի համոզմամբ, անհրաժեշտ են երկու երկրների միջև հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացը շարունակելու համար։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը՝ հղում անելով Fars գործակալությանը։

Գործակալության տվյալներով՝ ԱՄՆ-ը հրաժարվում է վճարել որևէ փոխհատուցում այն վնասի համար, որը հասցվել է իրանական տարածքի ռմբակոծությունների ժամանակ։

Բացի այդ, ինչպես նշում է գործակալությունը, Վաշինգտոնը պնդում է Իրանից ԱՄՆ 400 կգ հարստացված ուրանի արտահանման և այն բանի վրա, որ Իրանի տարածքում կմնա միայն մեկ գործող միջուկային օբյեկտ։

Միացյալ Նահանգները, ինչպես նշում է Fars-ը, մտադիր չեն ապասառեցնել իրանական սառեցված միջոցների 25%-ից ավելին և հայտարարում են, որ բոլոր ճակատներում, ներառյալ Լիբանանում, պատերազմի դադարեցման հարցը պետք է լուծվի բանակցությունների ընթացքում։
