ArmLur.am-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել վարչական հսկողությունն ու գրավը։

Դատարանը փաստաբան Ռուբեն Հակոբյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց էր ընտրել տնային կալանքը։ Ավելի վաղ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն հայտնել էր, որ քրեական վարույթով բավարար ապացույցների համակցություն է ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի անդամ փաստաբանը սպանության դեպքի առթիվ առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարաններից մեկում քննվող քրեական գործով ներգրավված է եղել որպես սպանությունը կատարած մեղադրյալի պաշտպան և ականատես վկային մեղադրյալի եղբոր հետ հարկադրել են դատարանում կայանալիք հերթական դատական նիստում փոխել մեղադրանքի հիմքում դրված նախաքննական և արդեն իսկ տված դատաքննական ցուցմունքները, տալ սուտ ցուցմունք, որը կնպաստի մեղադրյալի՝ պատասխանատվությունից խուսափելուն։

Արմեն Ֆերոյանն այս որոշումը որակել էր ապօրինի՝ նշելով, որ այն կայացվել է փաստաբանի մասնագիտական գործունեությունը խոչընդոտելու համար։
