Չինաստանի հարավում՝ Հուանսի Չժուան ինքնավար շրջանում, ջրհեղեղը ութ մարդու կյանք է խլել։ Այս մասին գրում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստին»՝ վկայակոչելով «Սինհուա» գործակալությանը։

Գործակալության տվյալներով, կիրակի առավոտվա դրությամբ ինը մարդ համարվում է անհետ կորած, կա 34 տուժած։

Շարունակվող անձրևները բերել են 600 տների փուզման և 17 հազար հեկտար գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության հողերի՝ ջրի տակ անցնելուն։ Աղետի գոտում է հայտնվել ավելի քան 250 հազար մարդ։ Տնտեսական վնասը գնահատվում է շուրջ 215 միլիոն դոլար։

Իշխանություններն աղետի գոտուց 38 հազար մարդու են տարհանել։
