  1. Պատրաստում ենք բիսկվիթը: Ձուն լավ հարում ենք, ավելացնում խտացրած կաթն ու զանգվածը լավ խառնում ենք: Այնուհետև լցնում ենք ալյուրն ու փխրեցուցիչը և խմոր հունցում: Խմորը լցնում ենք յուղաթղթապատ ձևամանի մեջ և թխում նախօրոք 180 աստիճան տաքսացրած ջեռոցում 7-10 րոպե:

  2. Բիսկվիթը ռուլետանման փաթաթում ենք:

  3. Մի քանի րոպե անց յուղաթուղթը հանում ենք բիսկվիթի վրան նուտելլա քսում և մանրացրած պնդուկ լցնում:
