ԱՄՆ-ում ինքնակոչ վիրաբույժը այլանդակել է իր հաճախորդներից մեկի` Ռաջա Նարինեսինգի դեմքը` ցեմենտի և սոսնձի խառնուրդ ներարկելով հաճախորդին:

Կատարված վիրահատությունից հետո Ռաջայի դեմքը անճանաչելիորեն փոխվել և տգեղացել էր: Այս ամենը սկսել էր դեռևս 9 տարի առաջ, երբ Ռաջան որոշել էր փոխել իր սեռը` դառնալով կին: Այնուհետև Ռաջան որոշում է հավելյալ պլաստիկ վիրահատությունների միջոցով դառնալ կնոջ իր իդեալը, սակայն բավարար միջոցներ չունենալու պատճառով դիմում է անհայտ մի բժշկի, ով էլ այլանդակում է Ռաջայի դեմքը:

Բարեբախտաբար, ինքնակոչ բժշկին արդեն գտել և ձերբակալել են ոչ օրինական գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու մեղադրանքով:
