«Կիևում եմ՝ պատերազմի սկզբից ի վեր տասներորդ անգամ, Վերահաստատելու, որ Եվրոպան անսասանորեն կանգնած է Ուկրաինայի կողքին՝ ֆինանսապես, ռազմական առումով և այս դաժան ձմռան ընթացքում: Ընդգծելու մեր մնայուն հավատարմությունը Ուկրաինայի արդար պայքարին: Եվ հստակ ուղերձ հղելու ինչպես ուկրաինացի ժողովրդին, այնպես էլ ագրեսորին. մենք չենք ընկրկի, քանի դեռ խաղաղությունը չի վերականգնվել: Խաղաղություն՝ Ուկրաինայի պայմաններով»,- գրել է Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր լրանում է ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի 4-րդ տարելիցը:
