Պատրաստման եղանակ

  1. Պատրաստում ենք հիմքը: Համեղ էսկիմո պատրաստելու համար ձվի սպիտակուցներն ու դեղնուցները առանձնացնում ենք և սպիտակուցները լավ հարում: Դեղնուցների մեջ շաքարավազ և վանիլին ենք ավելացնում և լավ հարում: Այնուհետև լցնում ենք ջուրն ու կակաոն, ինչից հետո էլ սոդայի հետ մաղած ալյուրը: Այս ամենից հետո երկու զանգվածները միացնում ենք իրար և լավ հարում:

  2. Խմորը լցնում ենք 20 սմ տրամագիծ ունեցող ձևամանի մեջ և թխում նախօրոք 180 աստիճան տաքացրած ջեռոցում 30 րոպե:

  3. Պատրաստում ենք կրեմը: Շաքարավազը, վանիլինը, ձվերը և ալյուրը լավ հարում ենք, ավելացնում տաք կաթն ու կրկին հարում: Կրեմը եփում ենք մարմանդ կրակին, ինչից հետո վերցնում ենք կրակից: Կարագը լավ հարում ենք, լցնում կրեմի մեջ և հարում:

  4. Սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի հիմքի վրա լցնում ենք կրեմն ու տարածում:

  5. Պատրաստում ենք ջնարակը: Բոլոր բաղադրիչները դնում ենք մարմանդ կրակին և եռացնում: Այնուհետև լցնում ենք Էսկիմոյի վրա և տարածում:
