Աշխարհի և Եվրոպայի չեմպիոն Ալվարո Արբելոան ավարտեց կարիերան

Իսպանիայի և «Ռեալի» նախկին հանրահայտ պաշտպան Ալվարո Արբելոան հայտարարել է 34 տարեկանում իր մարզական կարիերան ավարտելու մասին:

«Ֆիզիկապես իմ մոտ ամեն ինչ նորմալ էր՝ մրցելույթները շարունակելու համար: Սակայն հրաժեշտ տալու ժամանակն է:

«Ռեալը» իմ ամբողջ կյանքի ակումբն է, ես երբեք չեմ զանգի աշխատանքի համար, սակայն ես միշտ հասանելի եմ առաջարկությունների համար», ասել է Արբելոան:

Նախորդ մրցաշրջանը Արբելոան անցկացրեց Լոնդոնի «Վեսթ Հեմում», սակայն ոտքի վնասվածքի պատճառով բաց թողեց նրա մեծ մասը և միայն 3 խաղ անցկացրեց:

«Ռեալում» Արբելոան հանդես է եկել 2001-2006 և 2009-2016 թվականներին: Թիմի հետ նա երկու անգամ նվաճել է Չեմպիոնների գավաթը:

Իսպանիայի հավաքականի կազմում նա 57 խաղ է անցկացրել, դարձել 2010 թվականի աշխարհի և 2008, 2012 թվականների Եվրոպայի առաջնությունների չեմպիոն:
