«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Չնայած նախկին կյանքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմակիցները բզկտում էին նախկիններին` կրթական ոլորտը քաղաքականացնելու, դպրոցների տնօրեններին ՀՀԿ-ական դարձնելու համար, եւ ասում էին, որ նրանց շնորհիվ է իշխանությունը վերարտադրվում, իրենք ոչ միայն շարունակում են հին ու բարի ավանդույթները, այլեւ կատարելագործել են դրանք։

ՔՊ պատգամավորության թեկնածուների մեջ դպրոցների տնօրեններ կան: ՔՊ թեկնածուներ են առաջադրվել նաեւ մի շարք ԲԿ-ների տնօրեններ, որի նպատակը ոչ թե նրանց պատգամավոր դարձնելն է, այլ որպես այն բերող օգտագործելը։

Օրինակ, ակնհայտ է, որ «Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ տնօրեն Նարեկ Զեյնալյանը, «Նորք-Մարաշ» ԲԿ տնօրեն Միքայել Ադամյանն իրենց հետեւում ունեն մեծ կոլեկտիվներ, որոնց ուղղորդելու են՝ ընտրությունների ժամանակ քվեարկել հօգուտ ՔՊ-ի։
