Թիկնիզյանը միացել է «Ցրվենա Զվեզդային» 2025 թվականի հուլիսին։ 26-ամյա ֆուտբոլիստը սերբական թիմի կազմում անցկացրել է 25 հանդիպում բոլոր մրցաշարերում և կատարել 2 գոլային փոխանցում։

Ֆուտբոլիստի գործող պայմանագրի ժամկետը ակումբի հետ նախատեսված է մինչև 2027 թվականի հունիսի վերջը։ Transfermarkt-ը հայ պաշտպանի տրանսֆերային արժեքը գնահատում է 4.5 միլիոն եվրո։
