Պետական մեղադրանքը պաշտպանող դատախազը Բաքվի ռազմական դատարանում կայացած դատական նիստի ընթացքում պահանջել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի նկատմամբ նշանակել ցմահ ազատազրկում։

Հիշեցնենք, որ առավել քան 2 տարի Վարդանյանը գտնվում է Բաքվի բանտում։ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին Բաքուն մեղադրում է մի շարք հանցանքների, այդ թվում՝ Ադրբեջանի դեմ պատերազմ ծրագրելու, նախապատրաստելու և իրագործելու, ահաբեկչության ֆինանսավորման, մարդկանց տեղահանելու մեջ:
