Ես հասկանում եմ, որ Բրյուսելը մեծ ճնշման տակ է գտնվում Ռուսաստանի, ԵՄ երկրների և ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից, հայտարարել է ԵՄ դիվանագիտության ղեկավար Կայա Կալլասը: «Որպեսզի դուրս գանք այդ ճնշման տակից մեզ պետք է ունենանք եվրոպական առաջարկ և այդ դեպքում Բելգիան կգործի օրենքի շրջանակներում և ում մոտ հարց կամ մտահոգություն առաջանա, կարող դիմի դատարանին ԵՄ-ի դեմ», - նշել է Կալլասը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր Եվրոպական խորհրդի գագաթնաժողովը կարևորագույն նշանակություն ունի Եվրոպայի և Ուկրաինայի համար, և ամենահրատապ, չլուծված հարցն Ուկրաինային սառեցված ռուսական ակտիվներին հասանելիություն տրամադրելն է՝ պատերազմական ջանքերը ֆինանսավորելու համար: Բելգիան, որտեղ պահվում է այդ ակտիվների մեծ մասը, դեմ է դրանց օգտագործմանը՝ վախենալով, որ ստիպված կլինի վերադարձնել ամբողջ գումարը, եթե Ռուսաստանը փորձի հետ ստանալ այն:
