Առողջության համընդհանուր ապահովագրության մասին օրենքն ընդունվեց

ԱԺ-ն երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունեց Առողջության համընդհանուր ապահովագրության մասին օրինագծերի փաթեթը։

Կողմ էր 64, դեմ՝ 2 և ձեռնպահ՝ 5 պատգամավոր։

Ըստ առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանի՝ բարեփոխումը պատմական է, որով ՀՀ-ն քայլ կանի դեպի կանխավճարային, ֆինանսական բեռը թեթևացնող, կանխատեսելի, առողջապահական կարիքները ճիշտ հասցեագրող համակարգ:

Առողջության համընդհանուր ապահովագրությանն առնչվող բարեփոխման արդյունքում պետության կողմից մոտ 1 մլն 400 հազար հոգի ամբողջությամբ կընդգրկվի պետության բյուջետային միջոցների հաշվին առողջության ապահովագրության համակարգում:

Ապահովագրավճար վճարողների առաջին խմբի՝ 201 հազար դրամից ավելի ստացող քաղաքացիների համար 2026 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից կակտիվանա ապահովագրական փաթեթը: Առաջին վճարման պարտավորությունը կլինի մինչև հունվարի 20-ը: Աշխատավարձի հաշվարկային բազայի ամիս ընտրվել է նոյեմբերը:
