Պատրաստման եղանակ

  1. Պատրաստում ենք բիսկվիթը: Խառնում ենք բոլոր չոր բաղադրիչները, ավելացնում գոլ կաթն ու թիակով լավ խառնում: Խմորը լցնում ենք յուղաթղթապատ ձևամանի մեջ ու 40 րոպե թխում:

  2. Պատրաստում ենք կրեմը: Կես բաժակ սառը կաթի մեջ լցնում ենք 3 ճ/գդ ալյուրն ու լավ խառնում ենք: Մեկ այլ ամանի մեջ լցնում ենք շաքարավազն ու եռացնում: Կրակից վերցնում ենք և զգուշությամբ լցնում մեր պատրաստած առաջին զանգվածի մեջ: Կրեմը դնում ենք մարմանդ կրակին և խառնելով եփում՝ կամաց-կամաց ավելացնելով կարագը: Վերջում ավելացնում ենք վանիլինն ու կրեմը հովացնում:

  3. Բիսկվիթը 2-3 մասերի ենք բաժանում և լավ կրեմապատում: Վերջում հալեցնում ենք շոկոլադն ու տորթը շոկոլադապատում:
