Суд изменил меру пресечения экс-главе общины Урцадзор Рафику Андреасяну

Суд изменил меру пресечения оппозиционному властям экс-главе общины Урцадзор Рафику Андреасяну. Об этом сообщил его адвокат Ваге Зограбян.

Суд изменил домашний арест на подписку о невыезде и пробационный надзор.

17 июня стало известно об аресте Андреасяна, его обвиняли в злоупотреблении должностными полномочиями и подлоге.

Отметим, что после смены власти в Армении весной 2018 года Андреасян оказался под прицелом новых властей, его вынуждали уйти в отставку, однако по итогам выборов он вновь был избран главой общины. Но спустя почти 3 года его сняли с должности, несмотря на протесты сотрудников сельской администрации
