Защита бизнесмена и мецената Самвела Карапетяна сегодня направила письма генеральному прокурору и в прокуратуру.

Член команды адвокатов Арам Вардеванян заявил, что, очевидно, столь длительное, необоснованное и незаконное содержание под стражей Самвела Карапетяна подлежит отмене прокурором.

«Необходимо отметить, что в течение предыдущей недели сама защита инициировала определённые процессуальные действия, результаты которых более чем очевидны. В итоге даже при самом большом «желании» продолжение этого абсурдного уголовного дела невозможно.
