Սոխը մաքրում է մաշկը, սպանում բակտերիաներն ու մաքրում արյունը: Սոխի օգտակար կիրառումներից մեկը վահանաձև գեղձի բուժման համար ներկայացնում է Healthy food star-ը:
Այն բավականին հեշտ է կիրառել: Դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է քնելուց առաջ 1 գլուխ սոխ կիսել և սպասել մինչև սկսի ջուր դուրս տալ երկու կողմից, որից հետո շրջանաձև շարժումներով անհրաժեշտ է սոխի ներսի կողմով մերսել պարանոցի այն հատվածը, որտեղ գտնվում է վահանաձև գեղձը:
