ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամները մերժում են Թուրքիայի առաջարկը

Արդեն երկու անգամ անընդմեջ մերժվում է Թուրքիայի առաջարկը: 2018թ. ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովը Ստամբուլում անցկացնելու վերաբերյալ թուրքական կողմի առաջարկը հավանություն չի ստացել դաշինքի առանցքային անդամների կողմից:

Թուրքական աղբյուրի համաձայն, Բրյուսելում Էրդողանն առաջարկել էր հաջորդ տարվա ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովն անցկացնել Ստամբուլում, սակայն Գերմանիան և Ֆրանսիան դեմ են արտահայտվել:

Այդ առաջարկը հավանություն չի ստացել նաև Կանադայի, Նիդերլանդների և Դանիայի կողմից: 2016թ. Վարշավայի գագաթնաժողովի ժամանակ ևս Թուրքիան նման առաջարկ էր ներկայացրել, որը կրկին հավանության չէր արժանացել:
