«Այսօր տեղի է ունեցել Բևեռի խորհրդի անդամ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի հարցաքննությունը, որը փաստացի «նախաձեռնվել էր» Սամվել Բաբայանի հայտնի հայտարարության ու Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի «ահազանգ-պատվերի» հիման վրա»,- հայտնում է Ազգային-Ժողովրդավարական Բևեռի խորհրդի խոսնակ Վահագն Ավագյանը։ 

Ըստ նրա, ինչպես և սպասվում էր, որևէ փաստ կամ տվյալ առկա չէր Բաբայանի պնդումների մասին։

«Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանը դեռևս 25 տարի առաջ նախաքննությանը փոխանցել էր իրեն հայտնի անհրաժեշտ տեղեկությունները։

Հարցաքննությամբ ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատվեց, ոը Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանը հոկտեմբերի 27-ի գործի մասին կամ դրա առնչությամբ որևէ նոր տեղեկություն չունի և նրա անվան շահարկումը ընդամենը քաղաքական պատվեր է»,-գրել է Ավագյանը։
