Համայնքային ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի ծառայողները ստացել էին տեղեկություն, որ փաստացի Աշտարակ քաղաքում բնակվող 38-ամյա տղամարդը զբաղվում է ապօրինի թմրաշրջանառությամբ: Հայտնում են ՆԳՆ-ից:

Տղամարդը հայտնաբերվեց ու ձերբակալվեց: Նրա խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվեց մոխրացած հետքերով կաթուցիչ ու մարիխուանայի նմանվող զանգվածով փաթեթ: Ըստ նրա` փաթեթում թմրանյութ էր:

Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում զննվեց նրա բնակարանը։ Արդյունքում հայտնաբերվեց 190 գրամից ավելի մարիխուանայի նմանվող զանգված և մոխրացած հետքերով երկու կաթուցիչ:
