Եմենում բռնկված խոլերայի համաճարակից առնվազն 470 մարդ է մահացել

Եմենում ապրիլի վերջին բռնկված խոլերայի համաճարակի զոհերի թիվը գերազանցել է 470-ը։ Այդ մասին հայտարարել է Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունը։

Ըստ ԱՀԿ-ի զեկույցի՝ ապրիլի 27-ից մինչ այսօր վիրուսից հայտնաբերվել է այդ երկրի ավելի քան 52.000 բնակչի մոտ։

Միայն վերջին օրերին Եմենի 19 նահանգների հիվանդանոցներ է դիմել ավելի քան 13.000 մարդ։

Բացի ԱՀԿ-ից, դեղորայք են ուղարկել Եմեն նաև ՄԱԿ-ի մանկանա հիմնադրամը, Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն, Սաուդյան Արաբիայի թագավոր Սալմանի օգնության և մարդասիրական գործունեության կենտրոնը, Քաթարի Կարմիր մահիկի կազմակերպությունը և Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունները։

Եմենում շարունակվող ռազմական հակամարտության հետևանքով ավելի քան 3 մլն մարդ է դարձել տեղահանված։ Վերջիններիս հասանելի չէ նույնիսկ խմելու ջուրը:
