ԱՄՆ-ը և Ռուսաստանը ապրիլի 10-ի առավոտյան բանտարկյալների փոխանակում են իրականացրել՝ ի նշան վստահության ամրապնդման, գրել է «The Wall Street Journal»-ը։

Փոխանակումը տեղի է ունեցել ԱՄԷ մայրաքաղաք Աբու Դաբիում։

Ըստ հրապարակման՝ Ռուսաստանն ազատ է արձակել ռուս-ամերիկյան քաղաքացի Քսենիա Կարելինային, ով անցյալ տարի դատապարտվել էր 12 տարվա ազատազրկման խիստ ռեժիմի բանտում՝ ԱՄՆ-ում ուկրաինական բարեգործական հիմնադրամին 100 դոլար նվիրաբերելու համար։

Փոխարենը ԱՄՆ-ն ազատ է արձակել ռուս-գերմանացի քաղաքացի Արթուր Պետրովին, ով ձերբակալվել էր Կիպրոսում 2023 թվականին՝ Միացյալ Նահանգների խնդրանքով, զգայուն միկրոէլեկտրոնիկա արտահանելու համար։
