Եթե ձեր եղունգները պարբերաբար կոտրվում են, ապա այս տեղեկատվությունը հենց ձեզ համար է:  Խնայելով գումար, դուք արդյունավետ կերպով կկարաղանաք բուժել ձեր եղունգները: Այս նպատակով ստորև ներկայացված են երկու բաղադրատոմսեր.

1. Դուք կարող եք օգտագործել վազելին. ամեն օր առավոտյան և հատկապես երեկոյան վազելինը քսեք ձեր եղունգներին և սկսեք մերսել: Երեկոյան քնելուց կրեք մատնահարդարման համար նախատեսված բամբակե ձեռնոցներ: Արդյունքն իրենց սպասել չի տա:

2. Պատրաստեք խառնուրդ կիտրոնի հյութից և ձիթապտղի յուղից. 1 թ. գ. ձիթապտղի յուղը խառնեք մի քանի կաթիլ կիտրոնի հյութով: Ապա մերսեք եղունգները և մաշկն այս խառնուրդի օգնությամբ և սպասեք մինչև այն ներծծվի: Այնուհետև, քնելուց կրեք մատնահարդարման համար նախատեսված բամբակե ձեռնոցներ:

Եվ վերջապես պահպանե՛ք առողջ սննդակարգ և զբաղվե՛ք սպորտով:
