«Россия потребует гарантии безопасности от США и НАТО в соглашении по Украине.

С 2019 года численность вооруженных контингентов на восточном фланге альянса выросла вдвое. Не меньшую угрозу для нашей страны представляет и перевооружение Европы.

Отправка миротворцев на Украину возможна, только если обе стороны придут к выводу о такой необходимости. При этом Москва допускает отдельный трек переговоров с ЕС, если будут сигналы со стороны Брюсселя», – отметил он.
