Յուրաքանչյուր կնոջ ցանկությունն է ունենալ առողջ, գեղեցիկ ու անթերի մաշկ։ Սակայն սրան հասնելու համար շատ կանայք ստիպված են ծախսել մեծ գումարներ։ Երբեմն նման արդյունքներին հասնելու համար, սակայն, կարող է բավականացնել նաև կենցաղային բաղադրիչները, որոնք հավանաբար արեդն իսկ առկա են խոհանոցում։
 
Ակնեի դեմ լավագույն սկրաբը կարող է լինել սոդայով ու կոկոսի յուղով պատրաստվածը։
Այս սկրաբի պատրաստման համար չկան կոնկրետ չափաբաժիններ։ Եթե մաշկը զգայուն է, ապա պետք է խառնել 2 բաժին կոկոսի յուղն ու 1 բաժին սոդան, իսկ եթե ոչ, ապա կարելի է սկրաբը պատրաստել հավասար չափաբաժիններով՝ 1։1 հարաբերակցությամբ։
 
Բաղադրիչները լավ խառնել ու քսել մաշկին՝ շրջանաձև շարժումներով նրբորեն մերսելով։Լվացվել տաք ջրով։
