«Իշխանությունը հանրային-քաղաքական օրակարգում թելադրող լինելու կարգավիճակն այնքան է կարևորում, որ պատրաստ է ամեն ինչի:

Մի օր թիմակիցների ներքին գրագրությունը կհրապարակեն, մի օր` իրենց տան անկողինը, երրորդ օրն էլ, օրինակ, օրակարգ պահելու համար, մի նախարարի կամուրջից կհրեն-կգցեն կամ մի պատգամավորի կրակի վրա կխանձեն:

Այս իշխանության առաձնահատկությունն այն է, որ նրա համար բարոյական և գաղափարական գծեր վաղուց չկան և իրավիճակ թելադրելու համար պատրաստ են ամենասարսափելիին` ներհասարակական բևեռացման, հազարավոր զոհերի, տարածքային զիջումների, Հայաստանի տեղի ու դերի վաճառքին, միայն մնան իշխանության»:
