Ռուսաստանն անում է և անելու է ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև պայմանավորվածությունները կյանքի կոչվեն։ Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցների փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարի տեղակալ Միխայիլ Գալուզինը՝  Մոսկվայում Ալիևի հիշատակին նվիրված միջոցառմանը։ 

Գալուզինը ընդգծել է Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների միջև 2020-2023 թվականներին ձեռք բերված եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների կարևորությունը։

«Մոսկվան մնում է Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև խաղաղության հասնելու, խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքման, Հարավային Կովկասում բոլոր տնտեսական և տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակման կողմնակիցը. Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև կապերի նոր հիմքում»,- եզրափակել է նա։
