Իրանը կարևորում է Թուրքիայի հետ սահմանում կայունության ապահովումը,-իրանական «ՄԵՀՐ» լրատվական գործակալության փոխանցմամբ՝ հայտարարել է Իրանի ԱԳՆ մամլո խոսնակ Բահրամ Ղասեմին:

Իրանի արտաքին գերատեսչության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչն այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը, անդրադառնալով Թուրքիայի՝ Իրանի սահմանին պատ կառուցելու մասին որոշմանը, մասնավորապես ասել է. «Թուրքական կողմը մեզ տեղեկացրել է այդ գործընթացի վերաբերյալ: Սակայն պետք է նշել, որ այդ պատը չի կառուցվում սահմանի զրոյական կետում:

Իհարկե ցանկացած քայլ, որը կարող է երկրների սահմանների անվտանգության ու կայունության ապահովմանը նպաստել, Թեհրանը ողջունում է: Սահմանային անվտանգությունն Իրանի և Թուրքիայի համար կարևոր է»:
