Կարտոֆիլ հովհար շատ համեղ Ճաշատեսակ է և կարելի է մատուցել Պասի ուտեստներ սեղաններին:

Ինչպես պատրաստել կարտոֆիլ հովհար

Կարտոֆիլը մաքրում ենք, վրան կտրվածքներ ենք անում։ Աղով և պղպեղով համեմում, վրան բուսայուղ ենք ցողում։ Դնում ենք տապակի մեջ և 40-50 րոպեով տեղափոխում ենք ջեռոցի մեջ։ Կտրվածքների մասում թերթիկները չենք բացում, դրանք եփվելու ընթացքում ինքնստինքյան կբացվեն։ Մատուցելիս վրան կտրատված կանաչի շաղ տալ:
Այսպիսի կարտոֆիլ պատրաստելիս, ջեռոցի ջերմաստիճանը նպատակահարմար է 180-200 աստիճան լինի։ Եփվելու ընթացքում քունջութ ավելացնելու դեպքում մեր ուտեստն ավելի համեղ և օգտակար կդառնա:
