Важной его частью стала тема Приказа № 036 от 19 апреля 2024 года о сдаче нынешним руководством страны Тавушских земель Азербайджану. Было уделено внимание и актуальным вопросам армянской диаспоры. Аршак Карапетян подчеркнул «Диаспора – это одна из основ национальной безопасности Армении, это кадровый ресурс, который Армения может использовать во благо Родине». «Мы обязательно справимся со всеми проблемами и обязательно победим!», - резюмировал лидер движения «Всеармянский фронт».
