ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արթիկ» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի պահպանության ապահովման բաժնի ծառայողները կալանավորված անձ Ա. Խ.-ին «Գյումրի» բժշկական կենտրոնից քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ տեղափոխելու ընթացքում նկատել են, որ վերջինս դրսևորում է կասկածելի վարքագիծ:

Քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի խուզարկությունների համար նախատեսված սենյակում ծառայողների կողմից կալանավորված անձի հետ տարվել են բացատրական աշխատանքներ, որոնց արդյունքում Ա. Խ.-ն ինքնակամ հանձնել է ներքնաշորում թաքցրած բջջային հեռախոսը:
