ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Ենս Ստոլտենբերգը հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն, Իտալիան, Ռումինիան, Նիդեռլանդները և դաշինքի մեկ այլ անդամ խոստացել են Ուկրաինային ևս հինգ նոր ՀՕՊ համակարգ մատակարարել։ ՌԻԱ Նովոստիի փոխանցմամբ՝ Ստոլտենբերգն այս մասին հայտարարել է Վաշինգտոնում ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովի հանդիպումների հիմնական մասի մեկնարկից առաջ։

«ՀՕՊ համակարգերի վերաբերյալ որոշ դաշնակիցներ հայտարարել են, որ կկարողանան մատակարարել հինգ նոր առաջադեմ ռազմավարական ՀՕՊ համակարգեր ԱՄՆ-ից, Իտալիայից, Ռումինիայից, Նիդեռլանդներից և մեկ այլ դաշնակից երկրից»,- լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքի գլխավոր քարտուղարը։
